Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned to trigger the tracking process.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
